Advertising Preparation and Placement

 

	There are several venues we use to market and advertise a property – among them are working with local corporation’s relocation specialists who have families moving to our area looking for homes to lease. Some of the companies we have worked with throughout the years include Cisco, Phillips, Altera, Xilinx, eBay, Google and many others. We utilize the internet regularly and are able to broadcast pictures along with the ads. We use the San Jose Mercury News and one of our largest sources has been the local real estate community who has referred many tenants to us over the years.
