Monthly Income / Expense reporting

Monthly Owner Statements are e-mailed, faxed or mailed to the owner no later than the 15th of each month.

An owner proceeds check is then deposited into the owner’s bank account and that figure is reflected on the Owner Statement.

The Owner Statement will show income and expenses, with details, for the current month.

A year-end Owner Statement with a 1099 is sent to each owner in January for yearly tax preparation.
